Student artwork is displayed downtown at the end of every quarter at "Art in the Sky" in the Skyway between the Rochester Public Library and the DoubleTree Hotel.

Visiting Artist Completed Project from Spring Quarter

Sculptor Marybeth Magyar (with the support of SEMAC) did a student workshop on March 19 and 20. 



The final tiles were mounted onto a table top and reside in the lobby between the science and English classrooms.

Raku Firing
(Raku generally refers to a type of low-firing process that was inspired by traditional Japanese raku firing. Western-style raku usually involves removing pottery from the kiln while at bright red heat and placing it into containers with combustible materials. -the Spruce)
